Priority Service

Server will make first attempt the next business day after receiving service of process and will continue to make at least one attempt or more every 1-2 days.

Routine Service
Starting at $45
Server will make first attempt within 3 business days of receiving service of process and will continue to make at least one attempt or more every 3-4 days.
Rush Service
$50
Server will make the first attempt the same day the service of process is received. We will continue to make at least one attempt everyday.

Special Time

Stakeout

Late Night or Early Morning Service

If you require a Process Server to be at a location between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. This is in addition to the regular service charge.

Bad Address or Returned not Served
Any service that cannot be completed due to incorrect address, the subject moved, subject is not known, deceased, attempts have been exhausted, or the service has been cancelled by client, will not be discounted and charged at full rate
Cancelled Service Before First Attempt
If the service is cancelled by the client before it is attempted, the documents will be returned and no charge will be incurred.
Cancelled Service After First Attempt
If the service is cancelled by the client after an attempt has been made, the documents will be returned and charged at the full rate.
Witness Fee Advance
We are happy to advance witness fees. We charge 10% of fees advanced.
Multiple Entities at the Same Address
The three defendant will be charged at the full rate; each additional entity will be discounted and charged at half rate if served at the same time as the first defendent.
Multiple Addresses per Entity
If given two or more addresses to attempt an entity, the first address listed will be attempted until attempts have been exhausted or bad address, before moving on to the next address. Unless the client specified that all addresses are attempted simultaneously.
Rural or Mountain Areas
There will be an additional charge for all services due to the remote location. Call or email for a price quote.
* Restraining orders are automatically served and charged as a rush service.
